SOUTHERNDOWN
Good swell at Southerndown makes it a popular place with surfers and occasionally the beach can get crowded in light winds. The best winds are NW and these bring good clean waves that are perfect for wave sailors, but watch out for other people on the water. The ideal sailing conditions are within three hours of low tide and you should be able to get plenty of good sailing in that time.
