PLACES TO EAT: Summer time cafe’s a plenty, crepes in Mojos are a must!  In the wintertime the chip shop is open occasionally otherwise it’s the Spar!

IRELAND CROSSING: Just like the BWA you could score a session at Rhossy before setting off to Ireland. Holy Island is home to the port town of Holyhead where ferries can be taken to Dublin across the Irish Sea.

TONGUE TWISTER: Anglesey also is home to the town with the longest name in the Britain: ‘Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch’ Luckily Windsurf’s failsafe spellchecker has confirmed we have got this one right…

BEST TIDE: Waves at all states, mid tide is best, high tide on springs can
be choppy!

HAZARDS: There are some rocks in the launch spot around high tide, otherwise it’s sandy. It’s best to ask in the shop on the beach if unsure.

FORECASTS: XC Weather and Windguru are both pretty accurate.
