Half way up the Camel Estuary, opposite Padstow, Rock is ideal for all levels of windsurfers from beginners on long boards to short board sailors. Tides are very important here as Rock can only be sailed two hours either side of high tide, at other times the sailing area dries out to a narrow channel. More skilled sailors can sail round Bray Hill to Daymer.
