A steep shingle and pebble beach one mile long, Seaton can be sailed in anything from E to W. On strong wind days the shore dump at high tide can be severe, sail three hours either side of low tide. If sailing in W wind beware of the shielding effect of Beer Head to the west.
Getting there: Head for the centre of Seaton and turn left at the roundabout by the sea
